Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of fragrances, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.

Please note the following:

·      No Returns on Opened or Used Products: Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange.

·      Sale & Promotional Orders: Products purchased during sales, discount campaigns, or promotional offers are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

·      Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges may only be considered in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect.

·      Return Shipping Charges: Customers may be required to bear the shipping costs for exchanges unless the issue is verified as a fulfillment or transit-related error from our side.

Refund Policy

We strive to ensure every Brunbae order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you face any issue with your order, please review the refund guidelines below.

Damaged, Leaked, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect product:

·      Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

·      Email us at support@brunbae.com with:

·    Your order number

·    Clear images of the product and packaging

·    An unboxing video showing the parcel from sealed condition to opening

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any refund, replacement, or exchange request, an unboxing video is compulsory.

The video must:

·      Clearly show the parcel before opening

·      Show the shipping label and intact seal

·      Continue without cuts until the package is fully opened

·      Claims raised without an unboxing video will not be eligible for verification or resolution.

Tampered or Damaged Parcels

If the outer packaging appears tampered with, damaged, or opened at the time of delivery:

·      Please do not accept the parcel.

·      Inform our support team immediately at support@brunbae.com.

Refund Processing Timeline

·      Once your claim is verified and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

·      Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.

·      COD refunds, if applicable, will be processed via bank transfer after collecting the required banking details.

Non-Delivery or Missing Package Claims

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received:

·      You must notify our support team within 48 hours of the delivery update.

·      Claims raised after this timeframe may not be eligible for investigation or compensation.
